Q) How much do the wall images cost?
A) The cost depends on the size and detail of the image. Our murals generally start at about $3,000. Because we are a custom business we pride ourselves on working within our clients budget.
Q) How long after I order a mural will it be delivered to me?
A) Once we've decided on the design it will take us approximately 7-9 weeks to complete the painting. We can expedite your order for an additional fee.
Q) Is it hard to install the wallpaper because it's seamless?
A) Not at all, you will receive a complimentary step by step installation video with your mural. However, we recommend having a local professional wallpaper hanger do it for you.
Q) What if I want an image on my wall but I have no idea what image I want?
A) It's very common for people to request an image without knowing what exactly they want, in fact most don't. Our designers specialize in working with you to help you figure out the perfect image for your space and budget.
Q) What if my mural gets dirty or wet? Can I touch the painting?
A) Of course you can. Even though it's on canvas and hand painted it's as durable as any other wall. We cover our water based paintings with a clear protective layer that makes the mural extremely durable, and even washable!
Q) Do you do exterior murals also?
A) We can, although exterior murals generally require painting on-site which would involve extra costs.
Q) What if i get the wallpaper image and don't like it?
A) Because we get the clients approval on the design before we start
painting we rarely run into this problem. However in some cases the
client may change their mind upon receiving the mural. In those cases
we work with the client to make whatever changes necessary for the
client to feel completely satisfied with our product.
Q) Can i get an image on my ceiling?
A) Of course! The ceiling is often a very wonderful surface to use to expand your space.
Q) Will you reproduce absolutely ANY image, even if you don't like it?
A) Yes. We are committed to giving our clients exactly what they want. However, we are also always willing to give our professional opinion if the client desires our input.
Q) What kind of paint do you use?
A) We use super saturated water based paints.
Q) Once it's on the wall does it have to stay there?
A) No, our murals are easily removed from the wall and then can be reinstalled on another wall.
Q) If I have want a mural on a wall thats near a window that gets a lot of sun will the image fade?
A) We have been in business for 10 years and have not had any problems with our murals fading.
Q) What if something happens to the mural after its been installed?
A) Our murals are warrantied. Please see the Limited Warranty page for more details.
Q) Whats the biggest size i can get?
A) Whatever size you need. After all, we are a custom company!
Q) How do i pay for the mural?
A) We take 1/2 upfront and 1/2 upon completion. You can send a check made out to Imagine or pay online via paypal.
Q) Can i get a mural on brick or tile?
A) Yes, we can paint on location, however because we specialize in painting on canvas we would treat it on an individual bases.
Q) Whats the most popular style that people get?
A) People tend to enjoy landscapes because they often have an extremely expansive feel to them.
